Lazar Sarna
LAZAR SARNA, as a member of the Bar of Quebec, has practiced law in a number of fields, including corporate and litigation matters. Mr. Sarna has appeared before the various courts in the Province, including the Supreme Court of Canada. As well, he has acted as an expert witness on civil and banking matters before the Ontario courts.
Mr. Sarna is recognized as an expert in letters of credit and bills of lading, having published the major works in the field (Letters and Credit, Carswell, Toronto; and Bills of Lading, Carswell, Toronto). He is also the author of works on Cheques and Promissory Notes, and Directors and Officers, and Law of Bankruptcy.
Mr. Sarna’s practice includes corporate reorganizations, partnerships and trust, commercial leasing, banking and lending, and bankruptcy issues.

Asher Neudorfer
ASHER NEUDORFER, has been a member of the Bar of Quebec since 1987 and practices in the areas of family law (divorces, custody), labour law, wills and estate, human rights issues and general civil law. He has regularly appeared before the Quebec Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, Quebec Court, Youth Protection Tribunal and various administrative tribunals.
He has published widely in various legal reviews and co-authored the book The Law of Hypothecs of Quebec which as been cited in a number of legal judgments.
Mr. Neudorfer is the managing partner of Sarna Neudorfer since 1998. He is a proud grandfather of three, and very active in physical fitness.

Joseph Neudorfer
JOSEPH NEUDORFER has been a member of the Bar of Quebec since 2000. He is a commercial and civil litigation attorney based in Montreal. Joseph Neudorfer’s experience, work ethic and adaptability make him an expert in helping clients achieve their desired outcomes, in the courtroom and in the boardroom. He has represented clients before all levels of courts in Quebec, including at the Quebec Court of Appeal, Superior Court, Family Court, and numerous other administrative tribunals, in Montreal, Laval, Longueuil, Valleyfield, St-Jerome, Sherbrooke, Granby, and Quebec City
Motivated by new challenges, Joseph has represented clients in emerging industries such as cryptocurrency, cannabis, and cyber security. Joseph was one of the first lawyers in Canada to go before the court with cryptocurrency related matters and has published a legal analysis on bitcoin and the law.
